| 摘 要： | 针对新环境下教学评价问题,结合最新的互联网技术,采用web3.0技术理念对参评者进行全方位多角度的网上评教,凭借个人博客（采用WordPress系统搭建）这种良好的人机交互界面,学生对被评教师的教学、科研、学术等方面进行综合性评价,督促教师提升自己,完善教学质量监控体系,提高教学质量。研究结果对完善教学质量监控体系提供有力支撑。
