当代大学生村官的思想政治教育研究

在构建社会主义和谐社会和新农村建设过程中，当代大学生村官作为基层组织的重要力量融入基层，为新农村建设作出了重要贡献。但在实际的基层工作中出现了一些新情况和新问题，部分大学生村官思想不坚定，很难扎根基层工作，不能全心全意为人民服务，面对挑战需要发挥思想政治教育的作用，采取必要的对策，使当代大学生村官坚定扎根基层的信心，树立为人民服务的责任感。
