| 摘 要： | 高校学生会干部是高校学生优秀群体,是团委等职能部门和广大学生的桥梁,是高校管理工作中不可或缺的力量。因此,高校学生干部的培养工作尤为重要。结合高校学生会的实际情况,从高校学生会干部现状分析、高校学生会干部培养的现状分析、高校学生干部培养模式的构建三个方面开展论述。

| Abstract: | University student cadre is an excellent group,which is the Bridge between Youth League and the students,and is the indispensable power in management of college and university.Therefore,the cultivation of college student cadres is very important.Combining with the actual situation of college students union,this paper carried out discussion from three aspects including the current situation of college student cadres,the situation analysis of cadres training and the construction of training mode. |
