基于“自媒体”的公民社会治理参与

“自媒体”时代的来临对于公民进行社会治理参与意义重大。“自媒体”的出现为公民进行社会治理参与提供了便利化的途径，“自媒体”的兴起提高了公民的政治参与意识，“自媒体”的出现提高了民众的话语权。民众利用“自媒体”进行社会治理参与有诸多现实障碍。为此，要加大对公民的媒介素养教育，提高公民利用“自媒体”进行社会治理参与的能力；提高政府利用“自媒体”的能力，树立政府信息的权威性；尊重民众利用“自媒体”进行社会治理参与的权利。

Citizen Participation in Social Governance on We-media

As we-media era coming, it is of great significance for citizen participation into the social govern-ance. We-media provides convenient way for citizens participation of social governance, raises the awareness of po-litical participation of citizens and improve the right of public speech. But there are still many obstacles for public social governance participation through we-media. Therefore, we should strengthen the media literacy education for citizens, improve citizens’ ability of using we-media to participate in social governance, improve the government’s a-bility in using of we-media to establish the authority of government information and respect for people’s rights through using we-media in social governance participation.
