构建以学生为本的高校志愿服务工作长效机制探索

随着高校大学生志愿者活动的不断深入开展，随之而来的志愿服务工作机制不健全问题日益突出，影响了大学生志愿服务社会的积极性和创造性，阻碍了志愿服务工作的可持续发展。建议以学生为本，通过志愿活动满足志愿者内心需求，达到大学生自我实现的目的，才能建立起高校志愿服务工作的长效机制。

On Construction of Students Centered Long-term Mechanism of College Voluntary Work

with the deep development of the college voluntary activity, the problem of incompetent activity mechanism for student voluntary work has intensified, which has affected the volunteers’ activities and creativities to service the society, and impeded the sustainable development of college voluntary work. To solve the problem, we should satisfy the volunteers’ inner need on voluntary work to realize them. To do so, we can construct the long-term mechanism of college voluntary work.
