辽宁省中外合作办学现状与发展策略论析

中外合作办学是高等教育国际化的重要组成部分。辽宁省目前有中外合作办学机构7家,中外合作办学项目27个。虽然辽宁省中外合作办学也存在专业重复建设问题,但国际合作办学总体质量较高。辽宁省应采取积极措施,发挥教育资源的优势。在保证人才培养质量的前提下,积极推进中外合作办学的广度和深度,打造辽宁省人才培养的国际化特色。

On the Situation and Development of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education in Liaoning Province

Sino-foreign cooperative education is an important part of the internationalization of higher education.There are 7 Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions and 27 projects in Liaoning Province currently.Although there are redundant project construction problems in Liaoning Province,the overall quality of the education is quite higher.By taking active measures and exerting the advantage of educational resources,Sino-foreign cooperative education should be developed in breadth and depth under the guaranteeing of the personnel training quality,which will create international features of talents training in Liaoning Province.
