劳动力产权辨析

产权是资本要素所有权。资本要素包含物质要素和劳动力要素。按资本要素分配,就是物质产权和劳动力产权共同分配劳动成果,“按劳分配”是按资本要素所有权对剩余价值的分配;工资是劳动力价值补偿,不属于“分配”范围;明晰产权关系,就是要明晰生产资料所有权和劳动力所有权的关系;明晰劳动力价值补偿和“按劳分配”的关系;劳动力商品和劳动力资本的关系。

On the Discrimination of Labor Force Property Right

The property right is the ownership of capital elements. Capital elements contain material elements and labor force elements. Distribution according to capital elements just means distribution of labor fruit of the property rights of the two types of elements. "To each according to his work" means the distribution of the surplus value in accordance with capital elements. Wages, as the value compensation of labor force, are not in the scope of distribution. Differentiation of the property right relations just refers to that of relations between the ownership of production means and ownership of labor force, that of relations between labor force value compensation and "to each according to his work" and that of relations between labor force commodities and labor force capital.
