| 摘 要： | 回顾了国内外已有的人力资本定价研究成果，并在总结人力资本定价特点的基础上，提出了基于人力资本运动链的人力资本非货币价值测度思路，同时建立了实现这种测度思想的综合评价指标体系。这一研究时人力资本估价、公司治理、企业激励机制设计等均有重要意义。

| Abstract: | After reviewing the findings of research on human capital pricing in China and abroad,and summarizing the characteristics of human capital pricing,some ideas on the measurement of the value of human capital are put forward on the basis of human capital movement chain,and a system of indicators and methods for this measurement is established.This study is of great significance to human capital evaluation,corporate governance and incentive mechanism design. |
