摘    要:文化全球化推动了国际社会出版职业经理市场的形成和发展,并使出版职业经理市场成为出版职业经理人才这种特殊生产要素的最有效配置方式.从出版职业经理市场的特征、功能和构成要素来看,我国至今还没有形成完善的出版职业经理市场.因此,我国急需采取有效措施,尽快构建出版职业经理市场,促进出版企业的可持续发展.

Abstract:The cultural globalization promotes the produce and development of the market for professional publishing manager in international society, and creates the most efficient allocation of professional publishing managers. Now the market for professional publishing manager has not been developed in China because of its character, function and constituting factors. Therefore China should quickly take effective measures to build the market, and promote the sustaining development of the publishing enterprises.
