| 摘 要： | 阐述了实施知识产权保护制度对促进农业高新技术产业发展的必要性 ,分析了我国农业高新技术知识产权保护的现状及存在问题 ,并从健全国家法律法规、加强政府宏观管理和加强农业科研机构 (农业高新技术企业 )内部知识产权保护与管理等方面提出若干对策建议。
