| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后,我国进一步置身于全球化之中,势必对所有的家庭人口、劳动就业产生深远的影响,研究开放经济中的劳动就业对于人口大国的中国来说意义重大。文章分析了开放条件下中国劳动就业的扩张以及全球化推进带来的挑战,提出了内部消化、外部吸纳、内外联动等面向全球化的就业应对策略。

| Abstract: | Since the entrance to WTO, China has been placed in an open world, which is sure to exert a tremendous influence on all family members and labor employment. It s significant for such a big country with great population as China to analyze the employment in opening economy. With the help of some relevant theories on international economics , the paper analyzes the positive influence on employment and the challenges China is facing in the process of globalization. What s more, it puts forward some strategies about the employment expansion. |
