| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,大学生面临的社会环境和成长过程中遇到的问题更加复杂多样,有相当一部分学生心理上存在不良反应和适应障碍,由此大学生心理健康教育日益受到各界广泛的关注.通过对当代大学生心理素质存在的问题以及影响因素的分析,提出了培养大学生心理素质的具体途径.
