| 摘 要： | 中国古代的专制君主制有其两面性，一方面是君主权力的至高无上，而另一方面也存在许多制约君权的因素与机制。鉴于过去对第一方面的过分强调，作者重点从昊天上帝、中央辅助机构和决策机制、谏诤、史官与修史制度、儒 学教育5个方面论述了汉代社会对君权的制约，希望能更全面地认识中国古代的君主专制制度。

| Abstract: | :The Autocratic Monarchy in ancient China has its duality. On the one hand, there was the absolute supremacy of the Emperor's power, on the other hand, there were also many restrictive factors and institutions. Against the over-emphasis on the first aspect in the past, the author elaborates the restrictions on the Emperor's power in the Han Dynasty, focusing on the heavenly-endowed power, central assistant institutions and policy-making systems, officials' criticism, history-writing and education in Confucianism, with the aim to promote better understanding of the Autocratic Monarchy in ancient China. |
