| 摘 要： | 发展性是成人教育的重要品格。成人教育的发展具有如下六大基本特征:办学体制的灵活性、形式与内容的动态性、社会受益面的广泛性、投入与产出的低成本性、发展趋势的终身性、理论与实践的创新性。正确认识这些基本特征,对于提高成人教育工作的主动性、自觉性和前瞻性,推动成人教育事业的健康发展都具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Development,the important character of adult education,is characterized by the eight essential characteristics:necessity of historical development,unbalance,dynamism of form and content,mass benefit,low input and high output,tortuous road,tendency of lifelong education,and constant innovations of the combination of theory with practice. It is significant for us to have a correct understanding of the characteristics and it will greatly help us improve our initiative,self-consciousness and foresight in the undertaking of adult education and propel the healthy development of our adult education. |
