| 摘 要： | 任何政治制度都有其思想文化基础,以多党竞争轮流执政、分权制衡、代议制、普选制和法治等为主要特征的西方当代政治制度,其思想文化基础是根源于古代希腊,在西方近代资产阶级思想家那里得以形成和完善,并在当代西方的政治思潮中得到了一定程度发展的自由民主思想。这种自由民主思想集中体现在西方思想家对人性、民主、法治、道德等问题的探讨与认识之中。

| Abstract: | The ideological and cultural basis of modern western political system is the liberty and democracy thinking which originated from the ancient Greece and was perfected by the modern western bourgeois thinkers, then developed in modern western political thought of current. Such a thinking of liberty and democracy is mainly reflected in the western thinkers' exploration into the humanity, democracy, nomoctacy and moral. |
