| 摘 要： | 在农村法治建设进程中,国家法的作用举足轻重.然而,国家法向广大农村推进之时却面临着重重困境,广泛行之有效的是民间规则.在此情形下,探讨国家法与民间法的互动关系,对于完善以国家法为主导、以民间法为补充的现代农村法律体系,是为当务之急.

| Abstract: | In the course of the rule of law in the countryside,national law plays a decisive part.However,the introduction of national law to rural areas encounters a lot of difficulties because civil law is more popular there.In this case,the interaction between national law and civil law will contribute to perfecting a modern rural legal system with the former as the main pole and the latter as the auxiliary pole. |
