西部民族地区中小企业融资结构分析

从融资结构的角度研究西部民族地区中小企业融资问题是将国外成熟的融资结构理论应用到我国民族地区中小企业实践的一种尝试。分析得出，西北民族地区中小企业融资结构不合理。对此，应打破金融抑制，提高投融资创新机制；创新中央金融政策；创新银行信贷服务方式，降低融资成本；完善中小企业信用担保制度；规范金融市场秩序。

Financing Structure Analysis of Mid and Small Enterprises in Western Minority Areas

The article attempts to discuss how the foreign mature financing theory can be used in mid and small enterprises in western minority areas from the perspective of financing structure.The analysis displays that the financing structure of mid and small enterprises in western minority area is not reasonable and some concrete strategies are proposed as follows: financing suppression should be broken,investment and financing innovative system should be improved;central financing policy should be innovated;new credit service should be created,the cost of financing should be decreased;mid and small enterprises credit guarantee system should be optimized and the financing market rules should be regulated.
