| Abstract: | The task of the management of the functional offices in higher education is to make sure that the ideas of the Policy-makers can be carried out smoothly at the same time to make the teachers and students take an active part in their work and studies. So the functional offices should have a proper Student-oriented view for its clear working characteristics, a proper work-oriented view for its improvement in the working method, and a proper cooperation-oriented view for the working efficiency. |
