| 摘 要： | 针对电磁兼容测试中对磁场探测的需要,提出一种新型的集成光学磁场探测器,它的探测头是由LiNbO3光波导调制器和双负载环天线构成的。由于电磁感应和电光效应,通过探测输出光强便可得知磁场的相关信息。与传统的磁场探测器相比,它具有体积小,对被测场干扰小的特点,并且能够有效抑制电场的影响,提高了探测准确性。通过设计探测头,得到了满足探测要求的光波导磁场探测器,并对该结构进行了仿真,仿真结果与此前的分析吻合,证实了探测器的设计是合理的。

| Abstract: | A new type of integrated optical waveguide magnetic field probe was proposed for electromagnetic compatibility test. The probe head is constituted with a LiNbO3 optical waveguide modulator and a doubly-loaded loop antenna element. The magnetic field information can be obtained by detecting the output optical intensity.
