| 摘 要： | 服务业是衡量经济社会发展繁荣程度和现代化水平的重要标志,是当前县域经济调整经济结构、转变发展方式、实现科学发展的重要途径.瞄准构筑"大旅游、大商贸、大物流"的产业格局,构建具有鲜明地方特色的现代化服务体系,是招远市寻求新动力、开拓新空间、增创新优势,进一步推进经济社会发展实现新跨越、迈上新台阶的必然选择和战略举措.其发展的方向和重点是:以发展"大旅游"为龙头,引领服务业提质增速;以发展"大商贸"为基础,筑牢服务业发展根基;以发展"大物流"为突破口,带动服务业实现新突破.
