| 摘 要： | 目前各方面资源的匮乏已成为一般院校人力资源管理专业发展及学生就业的瓶颈,现分析用人单位选择名校毕业生的原因以及影响用人单位选择人才的因素,并通过职业胜任力的视角,提出人力资源管理专业的职业胜任力因素及解决方案和建议。
