| Abstract: | As the state-owned commercial banks are the most principal part of our country's financial system,so the quality of their corporate governance will influence the assets quality and business efficiency of the commercial bank directly,and the safety of our country's macroscopical finance at the same time.This paper discusses the actuality of our country's state-owned commercial banks' corporate governance at the base of universal theory on corporate governance and put forward my own view to that how to perfect the corporate governance of our state-owned commercial banks. |
