对未成年人监护人的民事责任探究

未成年人的权利能力的实现因民事行为能力之不足而受到影响,未成年人缺乏对自身行为的社会后果和法律意义的正确认识,可能实施不法行为而给他人的合法权益造成损害,因此,对其监护人的民事责任研究显得尤为重要。此外,我国的监护制度立法对在校期间的未成年人保护仍存在着很大缺陷,有待我国民法典能将监护制度进一步完善。
