| 摘 要： | 从近几年的藏族法律研究而言,其上限大多起于松赞干布(公元7世纪)时,忽略了对松赞干布以前数千年的法文化生成演变和传承历史的研究。探讨藏族法律和法律文化的缘起,史前时期和邦国时期的法律文化是一个不可回避的问题。本文对藏族早期的邦国时期的法律文化之缘起及其特点进行了初步的探讨。并以此求教于方家。

| Abstract: | From the resent study of Tibetan Law, it is neglected to research the legal culture evolution and long history before Srong btsan sgam po (the upper limit of it is from Srong btsan sgam po,7A.D.). The reason is there are few materials of the legal and legal culture before Srong btsan sgam po. It is difficult to sketch the basic outlook of the law and legal culture before Srong btsan sgam po applying present materials. However, if approaching Tibetan law and legal culture, it can not be avoided. |
