| 摘 要： | 工程造价是建设工程的一个重要技术经济指标。加强工程造价管理十分重要。工程造价管理从项目决策阶段就开始实施,管理过程中让参与建设方加入进来,齐抓共管,并且积极开发与应用动态造价信息系统,从而使建设项目的工程造价控制在合理的范围之内。
