| 摘 要： | 阐述了高校按ISO9000质量管理标准建设质量管理体系有利于高校科研立项的申请;提高高校科研的市场竞争力;有利于提高高校科研的管理水平等。针对高校科研质量管理体系建立中存在的对ISO9000质量管理标准理解不透、期望值过高,以及存在急功近利等误区,导致质量管理体系建立后,效果不甚理想等,借鉴电子科技大学电子科学技术研究院建立质量管理体系过程中好的实践和作法,给出了建设高校科研质量管理体系的建议。
