| 摘 要： | 在讨论就业和经济增长之间关系的理论基础上,分析辽宁省就业弹性偏低和奥肯定律发生重大变异的机理,然后指出随时间变化的就业弹性系数才是分析辽宁省就业和经济增长之间关系的重要前提,最后构建辽宁省就业与经济增长之间关系的时变参数模型。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes why the elasticity of employment of Liaoning is low and the variation of Okun's law in terms of theory on discussing the relation of the employment and the economic growth.Then point out that the elasticity of employment varying with time is the premise of analyzing the relation of the employment and the economic growth.At last establishes the time-varying parameter model of Liaoning on the relation of the employment and the economic growth. |
