| 摘 要： | 许衡是元代著名的理学家、教育家、政治家,他一生政治上的作为并不是很大,大部分时间是在教书育人中度过的。他对元初蒙古、色目生员严格要求,向他们灌输程朱理学思想,促进了这些生员的“汉化”。许衡培养蒙古、色目生员的出发点在于实现自己的政治抱负,他为元朝造就了大批人才。

| Abstract: | As a famous Neo-Confucianist, educationalist and politician in Yuan dynasty, Xu Heng succeeded in education but not in polity in his life. He was strict and infused his students with Neo-Confucianism of Cheng and Chu, and this promoted them Sinicization. His intent was to make his political ambition realized and he trained a lot of persons with various abilities for Yuan dynasty. |
