| 摘 要： | 武陵贫困地区农村劳动力外流并不是简单的劳动力转移,因为劳动力转移的前提是劳动力具有同质性。本文试图将传统的刘易斯模型和托达罗模型结合起来,具体分析武陵贫困地区农村劳动力外流的深层次原因,然后提出相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The premise of labour force transfer is that labour force should be homogeneous, so the outflow of the rural labour force in the poor areas of Wuling Mountains is not the simple labour force transfer . In an attempt to combine Lewis model with Todaro model, this paper makes a concrete analysis into the causes of the outflow of the rural labour force in the poor areas of wuling Mountains, and then puts forward some relevant suggestions. |
