中国高科技企业文化建设的哲学反思

持续的技术创新是高科技企业赖以存在和发展的理性选择,企业文化是企业实践过程中精神层面上企业家精神的结晶,是其延伸到文化层面的一种人文关怀。中国高科技企业在文化建设过程中面临着科技与人文两种文化的割裂,同时也面临科学技术所代表的西方文化与企业生存语境的东方文化之间的冲突。中国高科技企业文化建设困境之根源在于上述两种文化矛盾,基于提升核心竞争力的企业文化建设须要弥合割裂、破解冲突,寻求文化间的互补与融合,特别是挖掘中国传统文化中的人本理念和包容性是对西方文化孕育的现代技术所引发的异化进行修正的有益尝试。
