It is an important strategy, to which we must always stick , to lead the publishing work of University Journal under the important thought of "Three Represent's". Generally and basically speaking, it includes three conceptions: first, it means that we must lead and direct the advanced culture and praise the main melody of the present time; secondly, it means that we must think highly of scientific and technic creativity and innovation because that presents advanced productivity; third, it means that we must try to upgrade University Journal to meet the spiritual needs of the utmost popularity.
