建立国有企业经营者激励机制的模式选择

摘    要:就建立国有企业经营者激励机制模式进行了探讨。从我国国有企业经营者激励机制的现状出发 ,分析了其不健全性 ,针对国有企业的具体情况 ,指出建立该机制的难点 ,提出了对策建议。通过对我国近期实行的激励模式的利与弊的讨论 ,力求从实际出发 ,寻求和建立一种具有自我调节功能的经营者激励机制模式。

Abstract:The paper makes researches on manger incentive mechanism in state owned Starting from the present situation, the author points out the incompletion of the mechanism According to the specific situation in state owned, the author thinks there are many difficulties in establishing the incentive mechanism, then offers suggestions to solution of problem Through discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the manger incentive mechanism in our country, the author also points out that we should find the mechanism of self adjusting function form our own cases
