| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了自20世纪初至今100多年以来森林文明史观的演变，分析了现代的森林资源特征，森林锐减而造成的环境与社会影响，森林经营理论与技术，人类对森林的认识的4个阶段，人类对森林的政策变化等5个文化特征，并分别从公众层次、技术层次、政策与法制层次、管理层次总结了伦理、认知、行动，分析了现代森林文化特性。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the evolution of forest civilization concept over the more than 100 years,analyzes five cultural characteristics including the characteristics of forest resources,environmental and social influences brought by forest sharp declines,theories and technologies of forest management,four stages of human's cognizance of the forest,tendencies of human forest policy changes,etc.The characteristics of modern forest culture in the view of ethics,cognizance,motion and so on are summarized separately from the public level,the technical level,the policy and the legal system level,and the management level. |
