| 摘 要： | 经济法是调整政府经济职能与市场自由,实现二者和谐相处的法治基础。经济法乃是使政府与市场关系和谐之法。经济法产生于政府与市场关系互动之需要,规范和维护政府与市场关系的和谐是经济法的精髓。经济法通过规制市场——限制经济自由滥用和规制政府——控制行政权力扩张来实现政府与市场关系的和谐。

| Abstract: | The economic law is the legal basis of adjusting governmental economic function and market freedom and realizing their harmony.Its nature is the harmony between government and market.It is to meet the needs of the mutual relation of government and market,and regulation and protection of their harmony are its soul.It realizes this goal through such actions as regulating market,restricting the abuse of economic freedom and controlling extension of government administration. |
