| Abstract: | Nowadays, in the library collection, there are books, periodicals and electronic documents, among which electronic documents are good compensation for the resource construction of library collection, and play a very important role in the teaching and scientific research. Therefore, it is urgent that libraries in institutes of higher learning should carry out a reasonable budget according to the needs of the users, adjust and reconstruct the collection system timely and build up share-resources. |
