地方可持续发展综合评估研究──以南阳市为例

在探讨可持续发展本质的基础上，构建了由人口、资源、环境、经济、社会和能力等指标组成的地方可持续发展综合评估框架体系，通过主成分分析对初次筛选的236个指标进行了选择，构造出南阳市可持续发展6大类60个指标，提出用加权求和法计算综合评估值，其权重由AHP法确定。最后，计算了南阳市被确定为国家可持续发展试点城市以来各年的综合评估值，并对结果进行了简要分析。

Study on Synthetic Appraisal of Local Sustainable Development and Its Application in Nanyang City

On basis of probing the essence of sustainable development, the paper establishes eht indicator system, which is composed of populaion、resources、environment、economy、socity and capability. It selects 60 indexes among 236 indexes screened by the method of main component analysis and constructs 6 types 60 indexes on syntheic appraisal of sustainable development in Nanyang Gity. It advances that synthetic appraisal value is calculated by the method of Weigh Sum. The weighed value is calculated by the method of AHP. Finally, it calculates the synthetic appraisal value after experimental urban was established in China and ahalyses the value briefly.
