| 摘 要： | 民众利用互联网行使监督权、揭露腐败已成燎原之势。研究后认为，网络反腐可以归纳为评论与建议、举报、曝光、“人肉搜索”这四种方式，而“人肉搜索”反腐还需规范；网络反腐防腐是历史发展的必然选择，权力机关必须顺应历史潮流。

| Abstract: | Now more and more citizens tend to use Internet to exercise supervision and unearth corruption.Through a careful study,online anti-corruption can be summarized as the following four ways:comments,suggestions,exposures and human-powered searches.Anti-corruption through human-powered search has to be standardized.Anti-corruption is a necessity of historical development.Therefore,the organ of state power must go along with the historical tide. |
