高校教育改革的形象评价指标体系权重调查报告

基于对教育改革中高校提升自身品牌价值、扩大社会影响、获取社会认知的理解,构建了相应的指标体系,并作了典型性调查。结果显示:相对于普通院校倾向偏硬性形象指标,重点院校权重特性更倾向软形象指标;领导者和管理者的权重特性倾向实体形象指标;调查结果还显示初级职称者与高级职称者的权重特性竟然有很高的同质性。

Report on Image Evaluation Index System Weight in University Education Reform

Based on education reform in colleges and universities to improve their brand value,expand social impact,and obtain social cognitive understanding,this paper constructs corresponding index system and makes a typical survey.The results showed that,compared to the general tendency of solid image index in ordinary universities,the weight characteristics in key universities tend to be more soft;the weight characteristics of leaders and managers tend to be entities image indicators;the survey also showed that those with initial academic title and those with senior academic title should share a high homogeneity.
