| 摘 要： | 生态环境破坏经济损失分析,涉及面广、难度大。本文详细论述生态环境破坏经济损失分析方法,建立生态经济负效值分析法,即采用生态环境破坏的影子工程法等多种生态环境效益的综合评价相结合,形成一套完整的评价生态环境破坏现状的方法体系,从而为评价各种人类活动提出一个可操作的定量分析方法。

| Abstract: | It is wide-ranging and full of difficulties to analyse economic loss caused by environment distraction. This paper discourses in detail upon way of analysis of economic loss caused by environment distraction . Establishing method of analysis of negative effect value on economy of ecology is to adopt various ways of colligation e-valuation on environment benefit as according to shadow engineering and so on to form method system of present situation appraising on environment loss. It puts forward an applicable and quantitative analysis of evaluation of human activity. |
