| 摘 要： | T84细胞系是研究肠上皮电解质转运等方面广泛使用的细胞模型。本文分别从Cl-、HCO3-分泌和Na+吸收等方面,系统论述了近年以T84细胞系为模型的离子转运和调控机制的研究,综述了有关离子转运与肠上皮病理生理的相互关系,并指出该细胞系模型的研究趋势和前景。

| Abstract: | The T84 cell line has been widely used as a model to study electrolytes transport in intestinal epithelia.The review systematically discussed the ion transport and its regulatory mechanisms underlying Cl-,HCO3-secretion and Na+ absorption in T84 cells in recent years,summarized the relationship between intestinal ion transport and pathophysiology,and pointed out research trends and prospects of this cell line model. |
