市场经济自由的限度及制度调节——经济哲学的视野

市场经济方式所表征的自由是现代社会的一种主要自由。各种市场主体具有独立自由的地位,并在统一平等的规则约束下进行自由竞争,这是市场经济自由的两个最重要的本质规定。市场经济自由存在着特定的历史限度:经济平等与社会整体发展是其共时性限度,历史存在的非永恒性是其历时性限度。因此,我们必须对市场经济自由进行制度调节,这就要坚持制度调节的人民群众整体的福祉优先的正义原则,对国有资源、国有资产的所有权和经营权的关系作出有利于全体社会成员利益的安排,严格划定资本自由竞争的正当界限,建立把资本自由竞争的收益转化为有力促进当代中国经济与社会全面发展的分配制度。显然,实行这样的制度调节,对当代中国和谐社会建设具有重要意义。

The Limit on Freedom of Market Economy and Systematic Adjustment——The Perspective of Economic Philosophy

The freedom from market economy is a kind of freedom in modern society,but it also has historical limit,namely,economic equality and the whole development of society.We must give a systematic adjustment,which requires the justice principle that the happiness of the common people should be put in the first priority,the right boundary of free competition of capital should be decided,and the system of distribution should be set up that the income from the free competition of capital should be transformed to promote China's economy and the whole development of society.
