| 摘 要： | 提高"思想道德修养与法律基础"课教学实效性是全社会、高校和"基础"课教师共同关心的重要问题。将显性教育与隐性教育并举,是一条行之有效的途径。显性教育要确立"以学生为本"的理念,拓展教学内容给予学生足够的现实关怀,丰富教学方式以提升学生的精神境界,改进考核方式以培养学生的自我教育能力。开展隐性教育要注重发挥教师自身的人格力量,以个性影响个性;虚功实做,在细节上关爱学生;充分利用现代新媒体,以正能量陶铸学生。
