| 摘 要： | 针对高等院校在市场经济中遇到的科技成果转化难的问题，分析了制约科技成果转化的内、外部因素，并提出了改变科技成果转化困难的对策，以期能提高科技成果转化率，促进高校科技工作的发展。

| Abstract: | The problems for the achievements in science and technolgoy of colleges and universities under the condition of market economy come up against difficulties.The inside and outside factors of restricting the achievements in science and technology are analyzed.In order to raise the ratio of it,the situation which is difficult to change is presented, meanwhile ,the development of science and technology in colleges and universities is presented. |
