老年慢性心力衰竭伴发抑郁症的临床分析

目的探讨老年慢性心力衰竭患者的心理状态及其与疾病严重程度的相关性。方法选择123例已确诊为老年慢性心力衰竭的患者进行SDS评分，在治疗原发病的基础上，给予抗抑郁药物治疗，并进行SDS评分。结果123例老年慢性心功能不全患者伴抑郁症51例，发生率为41．5％。冠心病心衰抑郁症的发生率44．4％，肺心病心衰抑郁症的发生率48．9％，高血压伴心力衰竭者抑郁症的发生率30．7％，其它原因致心衰抑郁症的发生率29．6％；加用抗抑郁药物后，症状得到明显改善，SDS治疗前后分别为（56．29±5．04）分及（34．73±3．7）分（t=11．575，P〈0．01）。结论抑郁症可增加慢性心功能不全的患病危险度及病死率，慢性心功能不全与抑郁症相关，其因果关系可能是复杂的，双相的，故在治疗患者原发病基础上，更要重视相伴的精神疾病的诊治。

Clinical analysis of elderly patients with chronic heart failure accompanied depression

Objective To investigate the psychdogical status in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and its correlation with the severity of the disease.
