| 摘 要： | 研究生辅导员是高校辅导员队伍的重要组成部分,加强其队伍建设是一项极为紧迫的重要任务。梳理了当前研究生辅导员队伍建设中存在的主要问题,对其进行了整体性的思考并提出相应的建议。
