关于《政府工作报告》中动词前双音节修饰语的翻译及思考

国务院发布的《政府工作报告》是我国重要的政论文献,由政府向全国人民报告过去一年的工作情况和未来一年的工作部署等,也是世界了解中国社会的重要、权威性途径,因此其翻译也具有特殊性和十分重要的意义。对2009-2013五年的政府工作报告进行分析和统计,对其中动词前双音节修饰语(双A)的翻译展开研究,结合中西方的思维文化对比,总结出一系列翻译策略,并从语言与力量的角度进行思考,得出了政论文本对外翻译中应恰当采取异化策略,以弘扬国威、鼓舞民心。

On translation of "Double A" modifier of verbs in the Government Work Report

Government Work Report delivered by the State Council is an important political essay, reporting the government's work of last year and the plan of this year to all the Chinese people. As a significant and authoritative source for the world to know about China, the translation of Government Work Report bears some specific features and great importance. This paper discusses the translation of "Double A" modifier of verbs, on the analysis of Government Work Report from 2009 to 2013, giving some translation strategies under the comparison of Chinese and Western culture and thinking. In the end, the author, in the aspect of language and power, comes to the conclusion that the strategy of foreignization should be adopted in the C-E political translation properly, to promote our country and encourage Chinese people.
