基于模糊方法的医药物流服务质量评价研究

摘    要:企业导向评价医药物流服务质量是传统的视角,它不能发现并从根本上解决影响医药物流服务质量的问题.研究表明:如果从有形性、可靠性、响应性、保证性和移情性等医药物流服务质量的五维度进行测评,可以准确地发现医药物流服务失误之所在,便于企业及时构建服务改进机制、采取补救措施.

Abstract:Traditionally,the perspective of measuring medical logistics service quality was enterprise-oriented,which cannot essentially find and solve the problems which affect medical logistics service quality.Findings show that evaluation of medical logistics service quality from visibility,dependability,respondence,guarantee and changeability will help to find the errors of medical logistics exactly,so as to provide some remedial measures fo medical logistics enterprises.
