| 摘 要： | 近年来,中国少数民族地区突发公共事件的频发度与危害的严重性均呈上升趋势,已经明显阻碍了少数民族地区的经济发展乃至社会稳定。本文在对中国少数民族地区突发公共事件的表现形态、特征与产生原因等方面的特殊性进行深入分析的基础上,试图提出构建少数民族地区突发公共事件治理机制的基本思路。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the public emergency events in the minorities concentrated area have been rising in both recurrent frequency and endangering severity.It has obviously hindered the economic development and social stability of the minorities concentrated area.This paper first analyzed in-depth the particularity of these events from the aspects of manifestation forms,characteristics,generation causes,etc.,then proposed a fundamental train of thoughts for establishing a mechanism to govern the public emergency events in the minorities concentrated area. |
