| 摘 要： | 在知识管理的背景下,从Walsh和Ungson（1991）提出的第一个关于组织记忆的集成框架出发,指出信息技术在组织记忆中的重要性,并且分析了信息技术作为记忆系统的结构特征以及固有的局限性,为知识管理的一个方面——知识的存储方式提供一定的理论指导。

| Abstract: | Starting from the first integrated framework about memory systems in organization which was brought forward by Walsh and Ungson in 1991, this research examines the importance of information technology in organizational memory in the context of knowledge management. It also analysed the structural character and inherent limitations of information technology as the memory systems. The author aims to give some suggestions about the knowledge management - storage mode of knowledge. |
