| 摘 要： | 马克思主义人的全面发展理论具有丰富而深刻的内涵，对高校思想政治教育具有深远的意义。实现人的全面发展是思想政治教育的目的和归宿，思想政治教育是推进人的全面发展的重要途径。高校思想政治教育需要以马克思主义人的全面发展理论为指导。正确审视传统的高校思想政治教育的理念和实践，不断改革和创新高校思想政治教育，促进大学生全面发展。
